Eat Cake

Eat Cake is another of Jonathan Mitchell’s plays and quite different from Moon Graffiti.  It reminded me more of Tape Delay, another project from The Truth, in that it dealt with relationships, telephones, conversation, and people thinking other people were weird.  It was more upbeat than Moon Graffiti, and short enough that its quirkiness was tolerable.  It was also improvised and felt nonetheless quite smooth and fluent to me.
